Local pickup

as a shipping method option at checkout allows you to reserve your size, and come in and try on in store at your convenience any time during store hours. Local pickups do not require processing time.

Merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date the order is received.
All returns postmarked within 14 days will be issued an online store credit.
  • All items purchased during Sales, Clearance, Flash Sales, and any discounts 20% and over are all FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned for a store credit or exchange!
  • You may not return: Final Sale items, Cosmetics, Jewelry, Belts, Lingerie, Sunglasses, Bathing Suits, Purses, Gift Certificates or accessories.. 
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box and mailed back inside a box or bag. IE. NO shipping labels on the outside of the shoe box will be accepted
  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the original tags attached and NO makeup or deodorant stains. No traces of smoke or pet. NO EXCEPTIONS
If the return is postmarked after 14 days or a Final Sale item was returned, you WILL NOT be given a store credit or exchange and the items will be sent back to you for a charge.

We do not technically do exchanges because we cannot guarantee that an item/size will be available by the time we receive your return. We recommend placing a new order for any item you want and sending back the item/s for a store credit, which can be applied toward any future purchase. You can call the store to see if we have the size you're looking for available.
If you believe you have received defective merchandise, you must contact our warehouse within two days. *We are not reliable for merchandise damaged after you have worn it.

2. If you are within the policy, please email us for your return label! You can also bring it by in store.
We do not provide free return labels for any orders outside of the US.
4. Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification.
